The City of Carthage is planning a celebration to commemorate the July 4th holiday in 2026. The City’s plan is to have a fireworks display for the community. The City expects to allocate the amount chosen for the fireworks display.
In order to be considered, 2 copies of the proposal must be received at the Carthage City Hall, 326 Grant Street, Carthage, MO 64836, on or before February 17th, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. local time. All proposals shall be in a sealed package marked: BID / Firework Display
