The City of Carthage held a productive meeting Tuesday, January 6, 2026 with Mayor Pro Tem Alan Snow, Council Member Jana Schramm, City Administrator Traci Cox, Police Chief Chad Dininger, and members of the Carthage Humane Society Board.
